QUOTES FROM THIS EPISODE

“My transition was a trauma! My process took 5 long years and I went through all of the five stages of grief but there was a peace on the other side when God told me to rise up” ~Lynn Wilder

Be patient with those who are struggling, you can be an anchor for their soul. They need relationship and community ~Joel

Anger is a secondary emotion. Go to God and be open and honest about your anger but with people you need to set boundaries. Boundaries of what things you can talk about, being sensitive to how others receive information. Recognize they too are going through the same stages of grief. Find a safe group to share and walk through the stage of anger.
